I have a rental unit that had bed bugs I called Elite Pest Control because I had done business with them in the past They could not take care of this minor job after three treatmentsI had to turn to another company, that took care of it in one treatment! I notice that they sprayed the tops and bottoms of the walls I visited the inspector on the last inspection and we found four bed bugs in the middle of the wall They send out an inspector to inspect, then send out a different person days later They keep missing the target area and did not cover the entire floors and walls like they said that they would do in the beginning I spent over $ with them and did not receive the service that I was promised Please dont make the same mistake that I did with this company Rob
This was the worse company I have ever dealt with. I should have known this after reading 1 star reviews from other people who have said nothing but terrible things about this company, but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and give them a chance. However, they are unprofession, unacknowledgable, rude, and scammers. I will never use them again and do not recommend them whatsoever. They need to be shut down.
This company has been great to me and my family. I have used this company for several things and I have never had a bad experience. They have taken care of all my bug issues and critter issues. Its great when they have techs who are knowledgeable and always on time. If they are running behind we always got a phone call saying that they were in route to me and running a little behind. I have met several of their technicians and they never leave without a question not being answered.
Great company all around! I recommend them to all my neighbors and fellow friends.
FRAUD. Lied about us having termites when they inspected our home to make money.
We had to get our house inspected for termites before we could close on our house. Elite Pest Control was picked by the buyer. They came out and found a 2x4 board that was showing about one foot above the dirt. It was attached to cement blocks on the exterior basement wall with 2 stories of brick above it. The board was used by the builder to lay the brick and was never removed. WITHOUT removing the board and inspecting it, Elite Pest Control said we had termites and the house needed to be treated for $950. We did not agree w/ there findings so we called another company. The company we called is a very well respected and known company by my realtor and the BUYER's realtor. The BUYER's realtor has been using them for almost 30 years. She did a THOROUGH inspection of the house and REMOVED the board (Elite Pest Control did NOT DO) that was left by the builder. She broke the board apart and thoroughly inspected it. She said there was NO signs or trails of termites, just dry rot. She even laughed about it. So after our termite inspection was complete and we reported NO signs of termites to the buyer, the buyer called Elite Pest control for another review. The owner of the Elite Pest Control agreed to come out and take a look for himself. He knew that we are required to spray for termites b/c our contract says if buyer finds termites the seller is required to spray. He looked at the board that the other company pulled out and refused to change his company's findings. We still have the boards that was pulled to prove that he tried to fraud us. Looking at Elite Pest Control on Revdex.com website, this was not the first time they have tried to fraud sellers.
