This company has been great to me and my familyI have used this company for several things and I have never had a bad experienceThey have taken care of all my bug issues and critter issuesIts great when they have techs who are knowledgeable and always on timeIf they are running behind we always got a phone call saying that they were in route to me and running a little behindI have met several of their technicians and they never leave without a question not being answered Great company all around! I recommend them to all my neighbors and fellow friends
FRAUDLied about us having termites when they inspected our home to make money We had to get our house inspected for termites before we could close on our houseElite Pest Control was picked by the buyerThey came out and found a 2xboard that was showing about one foot above the dirtIt was attached to cement blocks on the exterior basement wall with stories of brick above itThe board was used by the builder to lay the brick and was never removedWITHOUT removing the board and inspecting it, Elite Pest Control said we had termites and the house needed to be treated for $We did not agree w/ there findings so we called another companyThe company we called is a very well respected and known company by my realtor and the BUYER's realtorThe BUYER's realtor has been using them for almost yearsShe did a THOROUGH inspection of the house and REMOVED the board (Elite Pest Control did NOT DO) that was left by the builderShe broke the board apart and thoroughly inspected itShe said there was NO signs or trails of termites, just dry rotShe even laughed about itSo after our termite inspection was complete and we reported NO signs of termites to the buyer, the buyer called Elite Pest control for another reviewThe owner of the Elite Pest Control agreed to come out and take a look for himselfHe knew that we are required to spray for termites b/c our contract says if buyer finds termites the seller is required to sprayHe looked at the board that the other company pulled out and refused to change his company's findingsWe still have the boards that was pulled to prove that he tried to fraud usLooking at Elite Pest Control on Revdex.com website, this was not the first time they have tried to fraud sellers
