was unable so here it is
AS you can see on these pictures the driveway was already all cracked up before the concrete truck went on it,I did sign a waiver from the concrete company and it did sink the all ready cracked concrete where the front tires stoodI offered to repair the damage the truck caused which in the waiver it says any and all damage caused, (this I believe we are responsible for.) not damage already existingI informed our client that we would repair damage done by truck not existing damage she refused, I then trying to please our client told her that I could take $off the work we did in her back yard of which she still owes us $(which is more than fair) again she refusedafter much dispute and trying to please our client I offered to remove all existing concrete from driveway at our expense even though we did not cause existing cracks , but that she would have to pay for the new concrete which would be $(this offer is know off the table)Unfortunate we could not come to terms with our client, as you can see I tried all I could falling short of giving her a new driveway which I believe we are not responsible, we are responsible only for damage done not existing damage which we are ready to repair as soon we get$owed us

Review: I hired this company to prepare a patio in rear yard. On the day of concrete delivery, the company owner/representative,in my absence,by way of signing a waiver claiming FULL RESPONSIBILITY for any/all damage to my property, allowed a 90K pound cement truck into my driveway. I arrived shortly thereafter to find the front tires of this truck sunken into my driveway. When I questioned the driver, he presented me with the waiver which was signed by the mason contractor, relieving the driver of responsibility of damage. I questioned the mason as to what authority he had to allow damage to my property. After long debates, the only resolve he could offer me was a "good price" to fix my driveway!!! I told him that was not acceptable since I think its a "scheme" since he happens to be in the mason business. He offered to "patch" the sink holes, which I refuse to accept, knowing that would not result in proper aesthetics and sound integrity of a driveway. I told him to replace my driveway at no cost to me, which is the ONLY acceptable resolution since he claimed full responsibility when HE signed the waiver!Desired Settlement: Mason is to reimburse me for the cost of replacing my entire driveway. I will provide at least three estimates for said work. I reserve the right to choose the contractor to do the work at my home.
