To whom it may concern,Marianne's Professional Cleaning is sending the following documentation for this casePlease see attached.Most homes have security cameras, we are addressing the text message attachment that we received from Mr [redacted] regarding audio recording which is a federal offense.? Our company tried to address client concerns by offering to come back to the home and client would not allowClient paid for services and put a stop payment on the check after services were rendered.We will be seeking outside remediation.Respectfully,Marianne [redacted]

Clients received a beautiful one level home cleaning to include part of the 2nd level, arrangements were made prior to the service to arrange cleaning later of the upper level, due to the large size of the home There may be a discrepancy over minutes charged to the client,
due to people arriving earlier, staying later, and the other two employees arriving a little later.Client then texted me that evening stating he had audio recorded us talking and video recorded us working and that we were doing too much talking about them during the service.The employees feel violated due to them being audiorecorded without their permissionI then called client to see what he was upset about. He was out of control, yelling that he would ruin my businessI told him that we would do whatever it would take to make him happy. I told him that he had received excellent service and that I checked everything over before the crew left. He was abusive during the whole phone conversation. When I agreed to bring the staff over to look at the video, he stated that he had no time for that because he was too busy.Client had several bed-lift hospital pads laid out in trails throughout the entire housethis was for his dogs to relieve themselves on or in case of accidental urinary issues with their pets.He was very angry that we had referred to the urinary pads as "patient bed pads" that are used in hospitals for patients.Client texted a few days later wondering how we were going to resolve the bill, due to his calculating minutes, and perceived things he heard on audio that did not happen or relate to anything with the workI am willing to give the clients, $dollars off their bill.I have discontinued contact with the client due to his abusive behavior.Client owes $1380.00Client put a stop payment on the check they wrote to us for $1380, after time of serviceIf the client is willing to pay the remaining balance, we are willing to give client a refund of $200.00Mary

I am rejecting this response because first of all, the house was NOT cleaned properly. I have pictures of the master bath shower that doesn't appear to have any soap sm removed, items on the nightstand that were never dusted and security camera footage that shows the people were NOT all at my house for hours each. If Marianne's employees feel violated it is because she didn't inform them of our security cameras because I stood right by my kitchen sink and told her the security cameras were installed after the last cleaning lady failed to even move the floor mats. We are willing to pay a total of $for the cleaning, but the original bill is way out of line considering the poor cleaning job that was performed and it is apparent that Marianne was really trying to pull the wool over our eyes and get by with exorbitantly overcharging us. The conversation between Bob and Marianne did get heated and Bob kept inviting her to come to our home to watch the security video and he would supply the popcorn, beer and peanuts. Marianne said she would bring her friend, Nick, the window washer to vouch for her employees. Bob said he didn't need Nick because the security cameras don't lie. On her website it says 100% satisfaction guaranteed and I must say that I am far from satisfied. *** ***
