Review: I purchased a 30 x 40 custom frame for a personal photo on 7/8/12. This picture once finished started to get "wavy." I returned the picture for repair. During first repair - the photo was damaged when they tried to remount it. I purchased a second picture and took it to be mounted. This picture was also wavy. I purchased another picture because the frame was rather costly. I returned to the store to find that the second picture was still in the frame and nothing had been done to resolve the ongoing problem. This has been ongoing now for over a year. I faxed them a complaint on Thursday, July 18, 2013 and I have not gotten a response yet!Desired Settlement: I would like all my money back.
