I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.This is a statement by the business owner I only found out that they had double charged my account when I received a notice that my account was overdraftedge and I was charged a $fee I contacted the manager and told them of the extra charge to my account and then also the $charge that it caused to my account He stated that he would call me back After calling me back he stated that he would send someone over with the amount that was charges extra on my accountWhen I asked him about the additional $overdraft fee he repeated to me that he would "only return the amount that was charged extra"I absolutely told him about the additional charge, because this charge was what made me realize that his business had over ran my cardIf he was so willing to pay the $overdraft fee, then I'm assuming he should still be willing to refund this amount.

The customer's statement and desired settlement both have conflicting remarks in them with what actually was said that day on the phone and in person when my delivery boy returned the $25.36. If customer would have informed me of the $I would have already repaid them
