There where no invoices to give him, the additional money was for extra labor, not sure why he is saying that my estimate was lower than other shop's I never saw any estimate from other body shops.2. As for the 2015 Corvette blue it is the same color but that particular paint code has 12 different alternates.3. Additional money was for him changing the color from black to silver because he didn't like the black, and the installation of the decal kit. 4. His headliner needed to be replace anyway it is 45 years old!!5.My shop WILL NOT refund him any money, or fix anything else for him, unless he plans on paying for the extra work.6. The customer was aware of us not wanting to install the decals. The customer would stop by the place that was installing them 2 to 3 times a week, and we only charged him what we paid, we didn't mark up the invoices normally we mark up sublet work 25%Please have the customer send you photos of the car it looks BEAUTIFUL.Thank You[redacted].
