anesthesia associates of park avenue pc deliberately wrote checks on a closed business account, which the business was "dissolved by proclamation on 10-**-2016., with the n.y. department of state ID # [redacted]", checks # [redacted] written on 5-**-2017 and 1052 written on 5/**/2017. both checks came back...

insufficient funds with a 35.00 charge per check, for a total of 70.00. add in the lien costs 295.00.what business closes down and keeps a checking account open?he had no intention of paying any amount of money for the service call or the replacement unit, or there would have been money in the account. since the check number sequence has a 10 digit difference, how many other businesses did he swindle?he did not complain to any service tech's, or to the company about any problems with the equipment or service. 2 different work orders were signed by [redacted], original work was for replacement of 1 fan coil and capacitor and charge unit with freon.2443.12 + 1631.25 = 4074.37 + 70.00 (bad check fees)+ lien fee 295.00 = 4439.37 - 3100.00 ( bank check)= 1,339.37 owed on this invoice 2017-061 R, dated 5/**/2017

Review: [redacted] of AC Penguin Prestige was commissioned to work in my apartment and restore 6 HIVAC units after construction. He sent initially one of his associates - [redacted] to perform the work. Twice [redacted] was late by more than 2 hours without notification. He finally appeared and performed the work in 3 stages, a few hours each. He mandated payment in advance, even though he did not perform any work. Two weeks later he had to return because the installation was faulty and repaired the system, without additional payment.After this stage, I contacted [redacted] repeatedly to request that he repair the system again according to warranty - the installation of the thermostats was wrong, as acknowledged by [redacted] himself, who promised to research the issue and find the solution. After numerous calls, [redacted] asked another associate to come and repair the system - [redacted]. He came to inspect (again late 1 hour) and said he will return, but did not. I called [redacted] again who said he will come himself this time. We set the appointment for June [redacted] at 5 pm. I left work early and waited for greater than 3 hours without any message. He eventually called to offer an unreasonable excuse - it is hot in NYC!Altogether I paid [redacted] in excess of $6,500. The AC system remains malfunctioning.Desired Settlement: Refund of paid funds so I can ask for another technician to repair the system.

Thank you for sending me a copy of the complaint. We were able to resolve this matter directly with our customer a few months ago. The control system was repaired and the unit is functioning to the customers satisfaction. Attached is a copy of the invoice for services rendered and cancelled copy of customer's check for payment.

Please let me know if anything else is needed to resolve this complaint.
