Review: I called said company on 8/**/2014, in reference to a multitude of concerns, a woman named [redacted] and I had communication problems so she abruptly switched me to a person named [redacted] who tried to demean, denounce, and degrade me, and ended up hanging the phone up on me twice with no resolution, when I notified her that I was going to file a complaint against the company, that is when she put me on notice that she owned the company, the following is the concerns I have with the company that goes back two years, that could have been resolved if they didn't forget that I was a human being.

Active termites in the home ( for the last two years )

I wanted to know the details of my contract ( because the contract reads one price and my credit card was charged something else. )

I have a bee situation that's covered with 1 of 2 contracts that I have with them that was treated and now on the other side of the house.

I was told that I would not be reimbursed for my full payment, they didn't live up to there end of the contract.

I do believe that I was on speaker phone when this transpired

When they were put on notice last year about this they never sent anyone out to address this issue with termites.

And the termite system that I have does not belong to them only the four units they installed just recently.Desired Settlement: Refund of the termite service, address the bee situation and refund partial from that contract, and never to do business again
