My only comment is both times the unit was in for repairs it was tested and ran fine.
However if the customer feel that the service was inadequate I will refund her money

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Review: In September of 2014 I dropped my son's go-cart off to be fixed at A/C Products. [redacted] said he would have it ready in a week. I went back 22 times to ask if the go-cart was ready. [redacted] gave me an excuse every time. Finally in March of 2015 [redacted] says your car is ready and I asked him to start it. He refused to do that and wanted his boys to put it on the back of my trucks and collect the $125 payment. I said not without proof that it runs. It didn't run when I tried so [redacted] told me to come back tomorrow. Needless to say I returned three times the next week. I walked up the last day and he cranked the go-cart. It ran but was a mess. It ran about 10 MPH. I was surprised he still wanted the $125 payment. I was glad to get the car. I immediately took it to another guy who fixed it. Obviously I was out of more money but I was satisfied with the results.Desired Settlement: I want him to replace all four of the tires
