Review: I had an eye exam by [redacted] and went into [redacted] to the optical dept to have it filled. When I picked up the glasses, I couldn't see out of them because everything was blurry. It was easier to read without them. [redacted] refunded my money. When I called the Dr.s office to ask for a refund because the prescription was obviously wrong, they were very curt and told me that would not be possible. Nor did they offer to do another exam. Even if they did, I would not be able to trust it was correct.

My complaint was NOT against [redacted], but an independent optomitrist who has an office OUTSIDE of the [redacted] building. I have no quarrel w/ [redacted] as they refunded my money for the glasses I could not see out of using the prescription written by [redacted]. When I called his office to explain and request a refund on my exam, the staff member was rude and basically told me tough noogies. I want my $65 back.
