Approximately weeks ago Mr*** came to our dealership with his grand daughterto cosign for an auto loan They were told that the loan was in both names along withbeing presented obvious paperwork! Mr ***'s issue when he contacted me was that he
didn't want to be responsible for the bar, which he knew at the point of sale that Tic aswell as his granddaughter (hence him coming with her to cosign?) where both responsible for loan repaymentdid however tell hit., that he could change the address at which the bill would come to by simply filling out the back of the payment couponunder the'change of address" section- Under no circumstances in anyway was Mr***, misleadI do not know why the bill came in his name alone? We have the bank contract as does he and it is a joint loan with both parties being responsible for repayment of said loanHis issue appears to be with the lender because they wont let him have the payment coupons sent to her as opposed to him.Sincerely,
