A.C. Rank did roof repairs on our home. The roof has leaked more than it did before he did the work. We have contacted him five times over the past 1 1/4 years. [redacted] just says its not his work thats the problem. We contacted another roofer that told us his work was not done right, [redacted] cut the shingles too short, which caused the leaking. We had damage also to our carpeting and dry wall inside the house. We aren't even asking for the money for this. [redacted] was the electrician working in the wall when [redacted] was still doing repairs. [redacted] told us at the time there was water in the wall, we told [redacted], he said he took care of it (he didn't). Enclosed are pictures of the ceiling and carpet in the worst area. These pictures plus others were sent to [redacted]-also we sent the invoice (stating that they corrected his work). [redacted] received this certified which we have the receipt. [redacted] signed for it. [redacted] again did not respond. We contacted 2 attorneys they told us the amount of $800.00 is too small for them to deal with. To us thats a lot! I hope you can help us.
