Horrible experience the guy took days to get out then demanded cash said his credit card machine wasn't working and didn't want to take a checkHe also left without fixing the problemI felt more than scammed

A/C Rescue was sent to my property thru my home warranty program to fix my gas furnaceThey were quick and responsive, and very detailedWhen the tech discovered our furnace would need a new control board, he immediately called to locate the part, and was told that he needed to pick it up same day as the parts warehouse would be closed on SaturdayThe tech let me know he would pick up the part that afternoon, and would be back first thing the next morningThe next morning I finally received a call around 10am, only to find out that the part was not correct and that it would be Monday before he had the correct partKnowing that he had to have known that information by end of day the day prior, I was very frustratedI called the phone number on my receipt from the day prior, and was put directly in touch with the owner, BradI let Brad know about my frustrations, and he agreed the issue should have been reported when it was discovered, not after the tech should have already been at our house to replace the partBrad then let me know he would personally expedite the issueI then received a call from their on call dispatch manager, JuliaShe was very apologetic and was accommodating letting me know they would refund our service fee, and that they were still working to try to fix the problem before Monday if possibleAn hour later or so, I received another call that they were in fact able to find the part and would be out that afternoon to replace the partJeff was the technician that showed up that afternoon, and he was very responsive and attentive to the situationHe replaced the control board and the pressure switch which was the original issue that we reported when we made the service callWe were very pleased with the great customer service that A/C Rescue provided and the quick response to help fix the issue at handWe will definitely recommend them in the future

I had a problem with my AC this week for not cooling properly. I reached out to Landmark Home Warranty to address the problem, and they assigned A/C Rescue to check my AC. A/C Rescue sent an email and contacted me the next day to setup an appointment. I scheduled it to Saturday as I know that I will be home all days anyway. On Friday, the technician called me to notify that he will stop by in the morning between 8.30 and 9.30 a.m tomorrow morning. On Saturday morning, the technician called me again at 8 a.m. to notify that he will stop by in 30 minutes, and he was on time. He immediately checked the AC and performed couple things to fix the AC. The technician "Jarred" is very nice guy, very polite, and honest. He did not over charge me at all; in fact, I felt he went above my expectation.
It is very rare to have AC company that is reliable and flexible like AC Rescue. I strongly recommend this company.

Very unprofessional company. Patched fixed my A/C unit and basically set it up to fail after 3 or so days, so they could charge me more with a different fix later on. Their follow up to my issue was just absolutely terrible. After learning they were trying to just get a lot of money from me and not really get things fixed I went to a different company which fixed the issue right away for a quarter of the money A/C Rescue was trying to charge me for a second fix. I am sure, the second fix was not going to be the last one with them if I had accepted their offer.
Very disappointed with the overall experience with this company, be careful! They will try to rip you off!

Had company out to check AC / Furnace as part of home warranty. Did not check main furnace even though they were asked. Tech said if there was an issue would come back at no charge. Two weeks later had same issue and same tech came out. This time went into attic and swapped out part and were charged for another service.
