Had company out to check AC / Furnace as part of home warranty Did not check main furnace even though they were asked Tech said if there was an issue would come back at no charge Two weeks later had same issue and same tech came out This time went into attic and swapped out part and were charged for another service
Very unprofessional companyPatched fixed my A/C unit and basically set it up to fail after or so days, so they could charge me more with a different fix later onTheir follow up to my issue was just absolutely terribleAfter learning they were trying to just get a lot of money from me and not really get things fixed I went to a different company which fixed the issue right away for a quarter of the money A/C Rescue was trying to charge me for a second fixI am sure, the second fix was not going to be the last one with them if I had accepted their offer Very disappointed with the overall experience with this company, be careful! They will try to rip you off!
