I called Dish Network prior to installing this satellite dish and they said it was incompatible with my receiver. Returning the dish to ACS I was told to purchase a new receiver to make the satellite work. That solution is not acceptible. The clerk said someone would call me. To date no one has called. The dish remains in an unopened carton. I was not informed it could not be returned if it did not work.
