My sincere apologies for the unpleasant experience with my company, as the owner of A/C Solutions I feel it necessary to make every customer completely satisfied. Per my discussion with yourself the following morning, I was unable to offer any resolve after our conversation was...

abruptly ended when you disconnected our phone call. I immediately contacted you back at your number and again was abruptly disconnected.
After contacting my company Thursday evening at 7:15pm, my technician arrived at your home at 7:58pm  and completed the repairs at 9pm. My company does not charge additional fees for evenings or weekends and I assure you that you were not overcharged or taken advantage of; my companies costs well exceeds your estimated cost of parts and labor as stated in your letter. Furthermore, prior to our conversation being ended, I offered to return to your residence and change our motor under warranty without any cost to you.
Mr. [redacted], it seems the concern you have is in regards to price, not workmanship or customer service and for that I do apologize. As the owner of A/C Solutions, I will personally return to your property and remove my companies parts and issue a full refund. I will gladly return to your residence even at 8pm at night.
Please contact my office as soon as possible to arrange the removal of our parts, unfortunately this good will gesture is not extended if the parts are removed from your home air conditioner by another company or yourself. This offer is only valid for the next 7 days once it is received by the Revdex.com. Our office is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and we do not use an answering service.
No damage was done to your air conditioning system when our repairs were conducted and no damage will be done to your air conditioning system if you allow me to return to your residence.

No damage was done to your air conditioning system when our repairs were conducted and no damage will be done to your air conditioning system if you allow me to return to your residence.

I get a special thrill when I deal with a professional of integrity. And this firm thrilled me today.

Last night, about 10 days after I had my AC unit serviced by another firm, it broke. I placed an on online request for service with the home warranty firm. But the screen said Status: Unavailable. When I checked online, this morning, the status was unchanged. I left a voice mail for the servicing tech. He was out of town on vacation (I learned a few hours later).

The expected high for the day was 111. It will be hotter tomorrow. I called the home warranty company and couldn’t get through after 40 minutes.

Later, I tried the home warranty firm again; after another 40 minutes I spoke to a human. It would take four days to get service. I couldn’t/wouldn’t wait. I called A/C Solutions. I lied when asked if I had a home warranty contract – I knew that independent firms won’t deal with a home warranty provider.

The owner drove up two to three hours later. The back of his truck is an air-conditioned workshop. (Smart!) He quickly diagnosed the issue. Yes, he had the necessary parts. He quoted me a price from his iPad worksheet. Then he told me that if I had friend in the business, that person could certainly do it for less and that was fine with him. I told him to go ahead. In 90 minutes, he had replaced the fan motor and capacitor. The system works!

Did I pay well over market price? I suppose so. Did I get much better than market service? I think so.

This firm was prompt, thorough, efficient. The owner was direct and honest. He was there when I needed him.

That’s what I call thrilling. (And I am so done with that home warranty company!)

I would like to thank A/C Solutions for taking care of my units today my air stopped working yesterday and them came out and fixes both of my units very friendly and very good price I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Excellent and reliable service with a smile. Always wore shoe covers inside the house. Left the place neat and clean. Very happy with the unit.

A/C went out in our home on 06/03/16. Called on 06/04/16 and was pleasantly surprised that they could come out as soon as I was off of work. The owner himself came out and immediately diagnosed the problem as a capacitor failure. He quoted $325 for replacement and install, to which I agreed. However, upon doing some research, I discovered the part is approximately $50 and install takes a mere few moments. Despite the quick response and professionalism, I do feel "taken." I was initially very impressed with this company, but unfortunately I will not use them again. My receipt does not show a break down on parts and labor costs, only a total cost.

Michael and I are very pleased with A/C Solutions, not only did David diagnose the problem with our heat pump he worked with us long distance as we were out of town. He repaired our unit and his office staff Kassandra is knowledgable and caring. They are available on weekends and are quick to respond. A/C Solutions is our choice for quick quality service. Their number is ###-###-####. Give them a call you will be happy you did.

Review: Informing this service that I am Disabled and have very limited funds I asked for a quote on replacing a condenser fan motor and capacitor for my home air conditioning unit. He refused to give me any conservative price until a repairman got $17.95 and looked at the ac unit. I was quoted "about $500.00" which would be acceptable with quality product above and beyond the average motor. The service man then says it will be $703.00. I asked if there is a mistake in these charges and he said he didn't think so but wasn't sure. I wont argue with the serviceman as its late and the office is closed so I accepted this and told him I will call the office in the morning and ask the boss/owner or whomever as this has to be a mistake. He replaced the motor of very standard quality and capacitor worth $80.00 to $90.00 at most. In the morning I noticed it sounded like something is wrong so I went to see it before calling their office. It is shaking as if the fan is now out of balance or the shaft of the motor has problems and also seems to have a bearing noise. I called the business and inquired about the possible mistake in charges first and he had a speech all set up for this telling me about all I get for that money which was actually nothing. I asked what the service man makes per hour and he stated $37.50 (or there about). Asking how he qualifies the $703.00 he says it is an average flat rate. This price also was with a 10% discount. I also informed him that if his charges were as flat rate then all he had to do was tell me this on the phone and I would have ended any possible business relationship. KEY TO THIS SITUATION!!! HE SHOULD HAVE INFORMED ME THAT THE MINIMUM CHARGE WOULD BE $625.00 immediately when I asked for a conservative price for service! I do not trust them to have them back to look at this motor for possible problems as there is also more damage probably from changing the motor as well as their business ethics are not the way I do business. I did send them an offer of refunding me #350.00 as the total job for cost of parts and labor of $40.00 an hour would have been a total of approximately $170.00 plus a commission of probably $40.00 bring it to $210.00.. I know their service man makes about $37.00 an hour but I stated $40.00 as I would have surely given him a tip also. My offer of refunding me #350.00 is very generous considering their totally unethical charges an business ethics. and then I do not want them anywhere near my home or air conditioning after how he spoke to me on the phone and again I say that ALL HE HAD TO DO WAS SAY THERE WOULD BE A MINIMAL CHARGE OF $625.00 AND I WOULD HAVE ENDED ANY FURTHER POSSIBLE BUSINESS WITH THEM............Desired Settlement: REFUND OF $350.00 to their unethical business ethics of non disclosure (only had to tell me there is a $625.00 minimum charge for service) and charges or a total refund of the $703.00 and them to take their motor and capacitor back. I did in fact notify them the very next morning and I do believe I have 72 hours (3 business days) to change my mind on any contract. Today is still within the 72 hours of contract signed. Also I believe for the consumer as well as LAW they should have to disclose the fact of a $625.00 minimum service charge for simple condenser motor and capacitor replacement as they already know that before the service man even gets to the home.

Hired them to come look at my non-functioning AC. They quoted me $1000 to replace the fan switch board. It is a $200 part. Even with a 100% markup ($400) and 2 hours at $100/hour the price was still gouging me. I called a competitor and got it replaced for under $500. Their website is also misleading by saying a service call is 17.95 what they don't tell you is that it is a $50 additional service charge if you don't pay their outrageous prices.

I got up from a nap and one of my a/c was blowing hot air and said it was 86 degrees turn it off. I found a/c solutions on the computer and she took my info said can I call you right back I still have some one out might be able to come by tonight. It's around 7pm and she called back said they would be there soon. No sooner than looking out the window they were pulling up. I have 2 units they fix the first one said would I like to look at second I said yes and same parts were going out on it took care of both A/c and now I am nice and cool and I will call them for a check up next year.

Technicians are misleading and definitely take advantage of uneducated consumers. Would not recommend using their services. From reading other complaints and after reading the owners rebuttals with his condescending attitude it's not surprising that he runs a dishonest operation.

I want to share the experience I had with AC SOULITIONS INC. My hvac unit was having problems, and finally went out. I googled ac and found Ac Soulitions. I called and spoke to the receptionist asking for an appointment and was given one that met with my schedule. The rep came out and was clean, professional, and identified him self. The service that I was provided with goes above and beyond any other ac company. The rep had the best interest of me "the customer" and explained everything that was done. In this day and time it sure is hard to find a company who practices delighting every customer , good or bad? Thank you AC SOULITIONS FOR EVERYTHING I am for ever great full!

On 7/6/2013 AC Solution agreed to replace a component on our rental property in Tramonto, North Phoenix. At first the Technician wanted to give direct cost of approximately $900.00 USD plus some other fees and taxes. The cost was to replace Condensor Fan Motor fo $ 600.00 USD (Motor retail price from $80 to $120 USD or so) which was not defective and a Dual Action Capacitor ($15 to 50 USD retail price) for $285.00 USD. To make long story short a different company replaced the Capacitor for $150.00 USD, and certifyed that the Condensor Fan Motor was not defective. I am writing this review to alert the consumers of extraneous charges, that this company is engaging in. In the end he did not do the job, however that was just fine with me.

AC Solutions has good service and very trust worthy. [redacted] has taken care of my air conditioning repair with great Customer service and very reasonable pricing. From start to finish from surveying and quoting the job to the finished product. Thanks again.[redacted]
