Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I received the email august 16th that it has now been refunded I was never told it was in the process by [redacted] or anyone from the business for that matter [redacted] new since the first week of June that I was not able to make the following class or any of the classes for that matter may was the only time I was available none the less after a three month trial of trying to get my refund I sincerely appreciate the money I am sorry that I had to go to this extent to receive the refund Sincerely, [redacted]

I have all ready handled this live with them and the department of insurance, the instructor that created these issues has left the company and tried to upset clients on his way out.

I am not sure what his issue is, the refund was placed over three weeks ago in our system and he should have it in his account *** stated he was going to attend the next class and did not show and was holding it for the last class When he did not show up, the money was refunded to
his account I provided proof on our side that the money was already refunded.
