Review: I was trying to place an order to be delivered Old Lyme CT, I spoke to a man and he stated that there was someone yesterday calling and trying to the same thing, the man was rude and kept telling me it just wouldn't work and slammed the phone down. He stated the lady that called the day before was rude, totally different person than I. The advertisement states that there would be 12 flamingos and he stated it you only get 10, false advertisement. Also she was trying to get more flamingos and was willing to pay for the extra ones, he stated you only get 10.Very rude and nasty person, slammed the phone down on her also.He should not be allowed to do business if he has an attitude like that and he doesn't need to have customers to maintain his business.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my order placed like he advertises, with out cost to me.

We only have 10 Flamingos, the other 2 flamingos were stolen, so if I don't have the product I can't display it. I told the old woman this, then she had a young girl call up the next day and I explain we only have 10 flamingos. (I do not work for free, I will not put up anything without full payment.)

I am rejecting this response because: THE MAN NEVER GAVE ME A CHANCE, I DIDN'T ORDER ANY EXTRA. HE ASKED WHERE IT WAS GOING AND SAID THAT IT JUST WASN'T GOING TO WORK AND SLAMMED THE PHONE DOWN. I WAS TOTALLY DIFERRENT CUSTOMER THAN THE LADY THAT CALLED. NO BODY SAID WE WERE NOT GOING TO PAY, WE WERE WILLING TO PAY FOR THE EXTRA FLAMINGOS WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM. THIS MAN IS VERY RUDE AND SHOULD NOT TREAT PAYING CUSTOMERS LIKE HE DID.
