Unfortunately this was a misunderstanding and Caring Nannies would have liked to have solved the issue amicably with the client but was not given the opportunity, despite efforts on our endThere are some inaccuracies in the complaint listed, such as the requirement of a deposit to use our
temporary services; our merchant services system being down, client providing us with the bank statement, as well as the assumption and accusatory comment regarding our bookeeping and our current financial situation Those are all statementsCaring Nannies provided a service to the client and the service was to the client's satisfaction We accomodated her needs during her stay in PHX and received positive feedbackAfter services were rendered, the call was made regarding a discrepancy with her credit cardReceiving a phone call at work about an issue with a credit card or a discrepancy with a balance is not a pleasant call to receive (or give) and we understand that Jenny was reiterating the terms and conditions of the fee structure that is outlined in the Caring Nannies contract that the client signed and submittedThis issue has since been resolved

Caring Nannies provided a service to the client and the service was to the client's satisfaction.  We accomodated her needs during her stay in PHX and received positive feedback. After services were rendered, the call was made regarding a discrepancy with her credit card.
