The complaint that [redacted] is stating is inaccurate and false  ,  I never told any client/clients to purchase through me directly so that I could avoid paying fees! She chose to book directly through me to secure a date she did not want to risk losing! It is unfortunate that anyone...

can make false claims and accusations without any responsibility  , post anywhere to try to destroy character over a matter so unfortunate as losing a company. All clients were informed via email or phone in a very timely manner of the unfortunate loss of the business. Her event was to take place in Nov. and will be refunded as promised. It will go out this week ,   when funds could be secured. She is stating she was left without any correspondence however she also states we have exchanged many emails and phone calls, all email and other avenues to correspond with me directly are not out of service as she is stating. She needs to provide via email her mailing address as requested from the email she claims to be fabricated, which was created to keep things organized, so that we can process her refund. Please contact me if needed,

With regards to [redacted] we will be issuing a refund check in the amount of $152.00.  Check #1122 will go out on Friday, January 30th.

Review: I hired the casino event company (san diego a casino event)for a event june 14.I hired them amonths of ahead of time and [redacted] is the person who summited my order and she said she would only charge me only half the downpayment and charged me all I called and she refunded half and then I descided to add another hour 2 weeks before the party and paid the full remaining balance and she said that everything was ok and that the people would be at my casino party for those hours. the day of the party I called around 3 and they said they didn't know what I was talking about that they thought I cancelled because they saw the partial refund [redacted] did but that they would find someone to be there at my party and they said they didn't know 100% sure if they had someone. I explained to them why the partial refund was made and they kept saying they found someone and they would be at my house by 8 and that they would show up and I would receive a full refund. they didn't get there till 920pm! half the guest where gone and they didn't even show up for all the hours. I keep contacting them for the refund through email and phone and they ignore my calls its august 20 and nothing has been done! I am so mad about this service. the showed up late and promised me a refund ! worst service everDesired Settlement: I would like a refund and a review posted about the services they offer.

Review: I contracted with A Casino Event (and their vendor, [redacted]) to have a photo booth at my wedding. They had a [redacted] available to purchase for about $400. When I called, [redacted] asked that I buy directly through them instead of through [redacted] in order to avoid the fee they would have to pay. I complied and scheduled my photo booth on February 15, 2014 for my wedding on November 1st. I reached out to [redacted] in August 2014 to check in and make sure we were good to go since it was 3 months out from the wedding. No reply for a month. In September, I received an email from her via [redacted] (clearly an email address she had just created since I had never heard from her through that email before) saying that [redacted] has gone out of business and that she will be issuing refunds. We wrote back and forth and she said she would let me know when my refund was being processed. Now, it seems her phone numbers are out of service, I'm getting no response from the email addresses I had and her website is down. I tried contacting A Casino Events and have had no success. I have left [redacted] reviews on both company sites and even found [redacted] on [redacted] to try to send her a message. The [redacted] reviews on the [redacted] page AND the A Casino Event page are all similar to mine - [redacted] falsely advertised her services on [redacted], took a lot of people's money, and even in some cases never communicated that they went out of business and simply just didn't show up to the event (in most cases, like mine, a wedding). It's very upsetting because when you're paying for a wedding, something like $400 can be a very big deal. I have tried doing my own detective work and have had no success. I would like to also help the many other people who were cheated by [redacted] too. Her husband, [redacted], seems to be in charge of the A Casino Event company. These people are huge scammers!Desired Settlement: I would like my refund of $389 back. I can send over the threads of emails that I've exchanged with [redacted] to show how much I've paid and how she has not responded to anything since September.

Review: A Casino Event runs a scam. What they did was get clients and take their credit card information. Then sub contract to local casino providers in another city and State. We fell into their scam when they contracted us for 6 events and owe us over $5000. Then never paid out to the us but collected the money from the client. We did the events in December 2014 and they said they will pay us for the work that we did for them. After 23 calls [redacted] is never there or busy and Sue Tagama does not respond anymore. They took the money and never paid us. They even sold off the website with the AKA franchises to [redacted] that never paid off their debt and they are over 5 months behind.Desired Settlement: We just want them to pay us for the work that is done.

Review: We hired this company to bring a "photo booth" to our daughter's wedding in June. When the tech arrived he was not able to set up the personalization on the photo strips, which we had paid $52.00 for. I had phoned the company many many times as well as emailed, with no results.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed the $52.00 for the personalization, plus the $100.00 travel fee(if I would have known that they could not provide what they were advertising) I would have gone with another company. Total $152.00.

Review: I have been trying to contact the company to refund me on the Photo booth rental we purchased for Oct 12 event. However, they will not return my phone calls, left 2-3 messages since 8/18. Got through the main office and left a message with a gentleman and still have not answered back.Desired Settlement: I would like my refund back, ASAP.

I contacted ABC Bartending in February of 2012 via their website and was directed to their local branch in Sacramento inwhich I was put in contact with [redacted]. He informed me that they were, at the time, running a special on course prices. He informed me that there was no risk involved in signing up, that if I changed my mind and decided not to take the course later on I would receive a 100% refund of whatever amount I decided to put down. With this information I reserved two spots (for myself and a friend), putting down $100 via a debit card # I gave to [redacted], which was withdrawn from my account on February 28. I called [redacted] back in June of 2012, informing him that I would not be able to take the course and that I would like my money refunded. He then told me two seperate things. The first was that they did not offer refunds. After some debate he informed me that I would need to fill out paper work, and I would only be entitled to 50% of my original deposit, and I would receive it within 6 months - 1 year. He then said he could use a "faster method" in which I could give him my debit # again, he would send me 25% of my deposit in the mail along with two of the books used in the course as a "sorry," and we would be even, but that it would take roughly 6 weeks. Nothing ever came. I called again in July to check on the status. After some memory coaxing, [redacted] finally remembered that we had spoken, but denied ever making any such arrangements. he could see I was in the system still and said he would try to send out the books again, but that I could have none of my original deposit. I told him I did not want the books anymore, that I rather go through the "long process" and wait 6-months so I could get my money returned. He said that was not possible, that they do not do refunds of any sort and insisted he would send the books in compensation. I told him I did not want them, that even if he sent them I was leaving that apartment within the week and would not be there to receive them.
