Review: In march, just about under a month, I brought my broken Iphone 4s to A+ to be repaired. when choosing where to go looked at PRICE, TIME PERIOD for repair, and the most attractive WARRANTY on the repair. All seemed to be falling into place with A+. On the receipt there are disclaimers regarding different services they provide. In regards to repair services there is a statement which reads "All repairs come with 90 day warranty on repaired parts". This leaves the customer: ME - feeling confident about my decision since reading that means to me if anything goes wrong within the 90 days they would honor their parts/repair and replace it hassle free: Well they didnt! When you receive a warranty on a part and something happens to it, regardless of what it is, you replace it, as you cant be sure what the TRUE cause of the parts failure is. This is why we have warranties. Otherwise you specify scenarios in which that part would not be covered or dont advertise a warranty period. The repaired screen cracked above the HOME button and spread across the device with normal use. I returned but I was told I probably cracked the screen pushing down on it too hard. First of all ive had an Iphone since the first one and know how to use the touch screen. So Thats when I mentioned I didnt know the replacement screens being used would not be the same quality that was previously on the phone. The woman employee behind the counter said in almost a laugh ''Thats why its cheap". So now not only was the warranty misleading, and the customer service inadequate, but also by their own words the parts are 'Cheap'. Bottom line.... I paid for a repair on parts that was promised to be cover in a 90 day warranty and the screen has cracked, spread, and now the device overheats and they refused to honor their advertised warranty. The back glass cracked as well in a similar fashion where it spiderweb not shattered like from a fall which demonstrates a failure in the parts used and possibly poor installation.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the warranty honored and the 'repaired parts' replaced to the condition promised at time of purchase or a refund of the 90$ I paid in good faith.
