Review: I have at numerous times left phone messages for intake coordinator and office manager to return my calls regarding appointments and transferring of counselors. The office manager has still not returned my call and it has been over 2 weeks. Also, the day of an appointment no one called to let me know our app was cancelled due to weather so I called and left a message to find out if appointment was cancelled and to call me back to reschedule appointment, no one ever returned that call either. Left message once again with office manager, no response.Desired Settlement: I would like the office manager to call me and explain the reason for unprofessional behavior by himself and his office for a current patient, my daughter.
