A Chagrin Valley & Solon Pest Control

I hired CVPC to spray my house for bugs as a preventive measure. My house does not have bug problem. Service man showed up on Nov. 29. 2011 and informed that he can not spray the house bec the painter is on the way. He said he will place bug baits and claimed to place baits in all the kitchen cabinets. However, upon inspection, the baits were placed in the cabinets only under the kitchen sink (I documented this and lodged a complaint with the owner via e-mail but did not get reply). He said he will return after the painter is done with the painting. He said he needs to be paid for showing up and collected $145. Meanwhile our painter got sick and took some time off. He recently finished painting and when I contacted for the unfinished job of spraying, I got a reply from the CVPC saying that the service is out of warranty!! I am not sure of this. In summary, the CVPC quoted $145 for spraying the entire house. The did not spray because of the painter but collected the money. Now they are refusing to spray. I want service the for money that I paid. Thanks very much for your attention.
