We are very dissapointed in the service and treatment from C.Furniture in Chelan. My mother had ordered a new mattress for my boyfriend and I and the mattress took well over three weeks to be delivered to our new home. Right away my boyfriend and I had laid on the new mattress and it was way to firm for us to even sleep on. My mother was not aware she had ordered and extra firm mattress. My boyfriend and I went to Columbia Furniture right away and said we would like to exchange the bed for a softer one. We found a mattress we liked and paid the $50.00 restocking fee, along with the additional $20.00 delivery charge. Overall we paid in total $927.39 for our new mattress. While we were there we asked [redacted] the co-worker when we should expect our new mattress to arrive. [redacted] quoted us on 4/7/2012 that the mattress would be here either the upcoming Wednesday or the following at the latest. Our new mattress never arrived and we never received a phone call. My boyfriend first called two weeks later and asked why are mattress had not been delivered and [redacted] could not answer and said she would find out and give us a return call. We never received a return call and so my boyfriend [redacted] left numerous messages on their business phone. After still not receiving a callback, he called again to talk with [redacted] the manager. She quoted the bed would be delivered by the next Thursday sometime around 10:00am. When the bed did not arrive once again, we requested a refund of our money and for the other extra firm mattress to be returned. The Owner/Manager [redacted] simply stated she would not give us a refund and pick up the other mattress. We are extremely upset with the way this business has not only treated us but we have tried to be patient for our new bed but it has been over 3 weeks and they still cannot give us a straight answer for when our bed will be delivered. This is bad business for customers expecting a bed to be delivered but a certain date and time.
