placed via [redacted], in December of 2016, was one that was dealt with by our Customer Service manager. The customer submitted a question on December 5, regarding the item itself, our manager answered the question and no further correspondence was ever had between the customer and anyone from our company. As for the complaint itself, referring to the shipping costs. We are bound by [redacted]'s shipping rules and are unable to assign certain regions different shipping costs, therefore our shipping prices are set on this selling platform. Since we do have more flexibility on other platforms, we are able to have regional shipping rates, allowing us to offer better shipping prices on those platforms. Also, other platforms such as [redacted] and eBay do have their own fees which we as the seller are expected to pay. These fees will also sometimes play a factor in the prices we charge. The customer was fully aware of the shipping fees before the purchase was agreed to. We in no way "sneak" in shipping costs. The customer is asked multiple times to verify the amount before actually making the purchase. Again, we in no way force anyone to buy from us and this customer was free to make the purchase via any platform they chose.
