The customer had contacted the mall & we agreed with the mall to refund the saleThen the mall contacted him & told we would do thisHowever, the charge was on his girl friend's credit card & we told the mall that she had to come in for the refund since she signed for the original saleShe never came inI had assumed it was taken care ofWe have since closed - We are seasonalOur return policy which is stated in the store is that there are no returns after ChristmasThey had every opportunity to make the return & they did notIt is over as far as we are concernedGary

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I would like to point out that the response from A Christmas to Remember was falseI did not received a refundI will be more than happy to show you my bank statements and show you the replies from their [redacted] messagesThey were not helpful or understanding at allI was yelled at by your manager who was more than happy to shove the item back at my face and called securityNow I'm stuck with the item that I do not wantPlease help make this right Regards, [redacted]

The issue occurred in The Mall in *** ***, ***, NHThere are sides to the story, but the customer was refundedCall me with any questionsGary ###-###-####

The product the customer purchased was an out of stock item and the order could not be fulfilled.  As soon as we were aware of the issue, we initiated a complete refund to the customer through [redacted] which contacts the customer of this cancellation, the refund amount, and a note describing the...

reason this order was cancelled.  The customer placed the order on December 5th and the refund was initiated through [redacted] December 7th.  The customer attempted to contact us through email on December 23rd and December 24th.  Our customer service department was not in the office due to the holidays.  The customer has been contacted since then and informed again of the refund and cancellation.  Please see below for the [redacted] transaction details.

I would like to point out that the response from A Christmas to Remember was false. I did not received  a refund. I will be more than happy to show you my bank statements and show you the replies from their [redacted] messages. They were not helpful or understanding at all. I was yelled at by your manager who was more than happy to shove the item back at my face and called security. Now I'm stuck with the item that I do not want. Please help make this right.

I recently purchased a $49.99 Christmas gift (a musical Willowtree statue of a man & a woman) for my daughter-in-law. I found out that she already had that specific item. I contacted A Christmas to Remember and I told them I didn't know how long it would be before I could return to their store, but could they give me an address to return my item to for a refund, as it was a duplicate gift. The receipt I have simply shows the date, time and amount spent but no address or any other printing on the receipt. The store representative advised me that they have a No Return policy, which was not on any paperwork I received from them, and that if I tried to mail it back to them, they wouldn't be there anymore. Obviously, since I rarely go to the Crossgates Mall in Albany, NY, had I known there was a No Return policy, I would not have made any major purchases there.
