*** on 3/27/at 8:50pm you applied online for credit and YOU checked YES for acknowledgement and consent for credit report we also have your check stubs and proof of child support and emails from you back and forth,your American right is to apply for credit which does not effect your score
more than 1-points if that, what kills it is late payments,NO payments, collections and repo's.Zia Auto is NOT a bank,lender or finance company we are a year used car dealer with a bay service center with financing available for both car sales and service repairs.As we told you over the phone you can go on line at all credit bureaus and dispute,we follow all red flag rules in US and will show the on line application, check stubs, child support,and all emails we had back and forth,you must have us confused with another dealer as we have lots of documentation and emails to include (my year old daughter is tired of walking)We are a small independent business and customer service is very important to us and we tried very hard to help, and qualify you for a carIt is very unfortunate that we have to take time to fight the accusations instead of spending time helping people who truly want help.Tell us why here

I am rejecting this response because: I applied over the phone! There should not be any record of me applying online because I am not comfortable adding my social security numberI do remember saying my daughter was tired of walking while speaking to "Tim" I am rejecting this response, because imI pretty sure they forged those documentsYou say you want to help people, I've personally seen reviews across different websites claiming the same thingI sincerely believe they are lyungThey couldn't pull up my information and still spoke to me as though they knew who they were speaking toI asked the manager if he even knew my name and he said no proceded to ask for it, and then told me he didn't have any informationYou are lying, so continue to "help' people with your stupendous "customer service" because I believe the truth will come out!!!

Zia Auto has provided Revdex.com with all supported documents to include online credit application,check stubs,child support,and emails back and forthZia Auto's company policy is we don't take phone credit applications due to national red flags rule, identity theft and fraud since 2007, we are also not a bank, lender or finance company and we have no say in the approval or turn down of credit we have no financial gain to pull credit, it costs us to pull credit bureau.*** you clearly have us confused with a different car dealer we're not a lender, buy here pay here or a finance company and my friends that do buy here pay here all pull credit and do criminal back ground check and GPS the car, I don't know of any industry that will consider lending money would not pull credit or do a back ground and personal check!
