A Circle G Construction

First of all A Circle G Construction was never hired to build the addition for ***There has never been a contractual agreement between A Circle G constand *** ***.*** ordered a building from Sunward Steel Corpwhich I am a dealer for*** signed off on the order and took inventory
of the building upon delivery and signed off on it.When *** discovered that some of the trim did not match his existing building he called me and at that time we agreed that I would paint the trim to match his.After the building was erected *** called me and said he had issues with some of the other trim and he had decided that he did n't want the trim repainted that we had agreed aboutAs for the other trim he had an issue with, if he had called me at that point I could have gone to my supplier and perhaps they could have done something to helpBut he decided to go ahead and purchase other trim and then after the fact wanted me to pay for it.As for the skylights and gutter, they were not part of the building orderI explained to *** that it is better to order those items locally, the same as garage doors, insulation, windows, etc.Reasonable care is taken to order theses buildings and that is why we have the customer look over and sign off.Bottom line is that A circle G Const did not do work for *** and that is who the complaint is filed against.Thank you, Al G***Tell us why here

*** paid me for consulting because I found him an architect, worked with the architect and solicited bids and met with his subcontractors for himI let him order the building directly from the manufacturer in anticipation of making money on the job.In the mean time *** was going behind my back to find the cheapest person he could to permit this job for him while he traded work from subcontractors.What this isssue is about is trim on the building that he orderedif he had honored our agreement to paint the trim that was the wrong color, or at least dicussed it with me before he bought new trim and discussed with me any other issues he had when they came up perhaps we could hve done something for himFor him to come after the fact wanting me to pay for those items would be like if I had a repair done in his shop and there was a problem and I took it to another shop to have it fixed, then took him a bill from the other shop expecting him to pay itI am sure he would not do thatwhyhe did not try to resolve this when the issues came up is beyond me.Al G***Tell us why here

I am rejecting this response because: Mr All G[redacted] ordered the building, and that can be verified by Sunward corporation. I did try to communicate by text. I did not know there was anyone left in the world that "does not do text messages", especially a business owner. Mr. Al G[redacted] made no attempt to get the trim painted prior to the building company needing the materials. As a professional contractor he should have had my best interests in mind, and should have known the bids he was getting were not reasonable. I am requesting that Mr. Al G[redacted] to have the integrity to do the right thing. I intend to hold Mr. Al G[redacted] responsible for his duties as a licensed general contractor (license #51123) in the state of New Mexico, under New Mexico state law.
