Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint As initially explained, two of the provided Treadwright tires with the " [redacted] " casings have deep grooves in the sidewalls where the original rubber was ground off...the replacement remanufactured tire-tread/side-walls should have been brought up higher on the side-walls so that the ground off areas would have been covered.There was another tire which was sent with a " [redacted] " casing...all four Treadwright provided tires should of had " [redacted] " casings as requested on the initial order...wanted all the tires to match.So, the two replacement tires which were sent by Treadwright today will cover the two " [redacted] " casings with the grooved side-walls...but there is still the issue with the " [redacted] " tire/casing which needs to be replaced wth an additional " [redacted] " casing Regards, [redacted]

We were unable to communicate via phone because the mailbox was full for the customerWe did send an email to the customer notifying him that we were replacing two tiresWe mailed out replacement tires on 5/26/

We replaced tires for this customer on 5/23/Customer was notified and content with the replacement tires

[redacted] received a full refund of $363.36 - 07/03/15

reference to complaint ID [redacted]. I did receive a refund, but I shouldn't have had to strong arm them by calling my bank and reporting them to the Revdex.com. Bad business practice.

received (3) tires. We filed a claim with [redacted] to track the lost tire. Once we receive an approval from [redacted] regarding the claim (and confirmation that it is not going to be delivered) we can then ship a replacement tire.
