I had a very negative experience with this companyThe initial contact and service seemed very positive - until it was discovered that they had damaged the water line to my houseThey denied all liability, and *** kept saying " we are not reliable for any damage"Yes he indeed kept saying not reliableI have had to hire a plumber to get service back to my house and I have pictures that show that exactly where they removed the tree is exactly where the water service was damaged
They did not "call before you dig" as I now know is a standard professional practice for any work that has underground implications
