Unprofessional owner - Limo was reserved for Bridal Party transportation to venue. A deposit of $100 was made 11 months in advance at the [redacted] in Houston. No formal contract or receipt was received as was told cancelled check would be receipt of deposit. 3 weeks prior to wedding date, Bride attempted to contact on numerous occasions with no response. Mother of the Bride (myself) became involved in order to reduce the stress on the bride. I attempted to call and received a "Mailbox is Full" response, so sumbitted an email and located another firm to take care of the transportation. Once they were advised we would not be utilizing their services, [redacted]) called and left very unprofessional voice messages - when I was able to return the call, she continued to try to absolve her company and herself of any responsiblity to confirm the arrangements - firmly denied receiving any attempts at communication from my daughter or myself.
