Review: I brought a shirt in to be cleaned & press on 6/19/2016 I went in today to pick up6/22/2015 and the elbow on a white dress shirt was all torn up. the person there say I must of put acid on it? he was very rude and was adament that no way did it happen there, they washed it and did not press. the shirt was worn maybe 3 times it was a $60.00 shirt from [redacted]
Review: Of eighteen shirts left with them there were three sent to dry cleaning as they were not cotton. One of my favorite silk shirts (of the three dry cleaned) came back with holes on the front, one on the pocket and one near the pocket. When I complained the woman blamed me for bringing it in that way and simply pointed to her sign which read "not responsible for damage to clothing" as if to infer that even if it was their fault they were not taking any responsibility for it and then cited that I must have "moths in my laundry hamper". No other shirt had holes in them. Besides, why would pay to have a shirt I would not wear if it had holes in it? I asked her why they would not have halted their work on the shirt if they saw it was damaged and brought it to my attention before they could possibly be blamed. She replied that her job was to clean it and that was what she did. She made no effort to compensate me for a replacement or even to refund the cost of the cleaning that one shirt.Desired Settlement: I would like compensation as stated on their receipt even though "10 times our charge for processing it" would likely not be enough to buy me a new silk shirt.

Review: When I picked up my daughter's dress, to be worn in a wedding that evening, from A Cleaner, they had ruined it. The flower embellishment on the front was melted and black plastic particles from the button were melted and stained on the front of the dress. My oldest daughter asked for them to try and remove the black plastic particles within the next hour so it could be worn to the wedding. The lady claimed the dress was "cheap" and that it was not her problem, but the manufacturers. I asked to be compensated per their business policy on the back of the pick up ticket and she refused, saying "No," and then refused to talk to me any more. I continued to wait at the counter, but all the workers ignored me. She went to the back of the store and called the police because I told her I wanted the name of the business owner or manager. She refused to give me the name or contact information for the owner and told me to look it up onthe website.Desired Settlement: I would like to be compensated per the company's policy on the back of the ticket which is up to 10 times the service value. That amount would be $54.50.
Review: Hello-I am very thankful to have the Revdex.com in this situation. My husband picked up our dry cleaning on Tuesday, May 7th. When he came home, I hung out clothing and noticed my blouse still had a stain on it. The first time I picked it up I saw the stain, but took it back in and mentioned the stain and asked they try to resolve it. I still paid a 2nd time for the blouse to be cleaned again. That time I also took in a dress I have only worn once. It was a silk blue dress..not very delicate. When I unwrapped them after they were brought home I noticed the stain still on the blouse, and that my blue dress was dyed green in the neck. I went back today and showed this and the lady at the counter rolled her eyes at me. She was not speaking English and I tried to explain the situation to her a few times. I finally realized she didn't understand cause she took both clothes back and said they will do it again. I wanted to explain they couldn't do anything to the blue dress because I thought someone stained it with a chemical. I asked for the manager who came out. He immediately said "what". I explained the situation to him and without even seeing the stain he said it was there when he washed it. He said he washed the dress and saw the stain. I questioned if that was the case why they wouldn't have mentioned it to my husband when he picked the dress up to say they couldn't resolve what they saw. He immediately said "are you calling me an a[redacted]". I explained I wouldn't use words like this and he kept going in front of other people in the store. I explained as a customer he should not be talking to me like that and he went off about how I knew English better than him so I should understand what he is saying. I was shocked by then and asked they try to fix it. He said I cant and threw three dollar bills at me and said get out. My policy wont pay for your dress. I was shocked and left even though I have to pick other stuff up because I was so humiliated.

Desired Settlement: I want my dress replaced. I can have my blouse re-cleaned at another cleaner, but the dress has been damaged. When I took it to another cleaner near by they explained that some agents they use can dye clothing if they are not careful. The A Cleaner owner "Charlie" who said his name was CJ when I called him on the phone told me that it was there when he opened it on his spot cleaning table...whatever he spot cleaned with ruined my dress and he needs to replace it. It cost me $250.
Review: The Cleaner did not return my Suit Jacket. I want them investigated.Desired Settlement: I would like my jacket replaced, if not the amount of money to replacemy jacket (suit jacket ).
