Response:
This is in regards to the incidence that occurred to Mr.[redacted] recently at my dry cleaners. My receptionist and I have merely listened to our customer ([redacted]) and did our job. We showed him clearly how we would alter the pants and he openly agreed to it. It is his problem that it does not fit and is not what he was ultimately looking for. In the years that I have worked as the manager of this dry cleaners, I have never received such a disgruntled customer as[redacted]. I already reimbursed the cost of the dry cleaning as a courtesy from A Cleaners, but he is asking me to pay for a new pair of slacks. This is outright wrong, since I did my alterations on his slacks as he asked for them to be altered. We hemmed them and now he is asking to get them cuffed, but there is not enough fabric to make any more alterations without shortening the length of the pants. He stated that the slacks were too short, but that would be his fault for asking us to alter at the length he requested. He clearly has an issue communicating what he wants. As a result, I should not be responsible in paying for a new pair of dress pants.

Review: I dropped off a very expensive pair of pants here that were tailored from Hong Kong. They had a slight rip in the pocket seam. Dry Cleaners were supposed to fix. Instead, they lost the pants. They claim that they gave them back to us, but they never did. Now I am out this pair of pants with no recourse. They are refusing to do anything about it and couldn't care less. It doesn't appear that there's anything I can do about it and how does a business get away with something like this? Please help.Desired Settlement: I would like them to find the pants or if they can't find them, I want to be reimbursed for their replacement cost which is $250. Right now they are refusing to do anything.
Review: I had a winter coat cleaned and a new zipper. When I dropped it off the hood was attached. When I picked it up the hood was no longer attached and there were several buttons broken. The owner found humor in the situation. He never looked for my hood. They installed cameras which are very hard to see and then the blame the customer when and item has been lost. It has happened to me on several occasions. He wants to pay me for the zipper it should be for the entire coat.Desired Settlement: I would like to pick out another winter coat. That coat wasn't cheap.
