May 19, 2016This letter is in response to the complaint by [redacted] .First of all I never dealt with him. It was his mother who brought the dogs in for their grooming. informed her that the hair on the dogs legs was matted and could not be trimmed. She said she understood and gave... permission to cut the hair. When she picked up the dogs she liked the way they looked and made another appointment. I never dealt with this man! He has no right to file a complaintThis complaint is completely unwarranted:This man is out of control. No one has a right to bring a loaded weapon onto someones property. If he has a permit to carry then he should be aware that it is for defensive purposes only, not offensive. His statements about becoming disastrous are insane and have filed a complaint with the Pa State Police.My husband demands an apology from him for:1.) trespassing on our personal property2.) Carrying a loaded weapon onto our property3.) Refusing to leave when asked4.) Using the BBB to make terroristic threats and act as his medium for transporting these statementsFinally I would like to add that we may initiate a lawsuit against the BBB for acting in an irresponsible manner by allowing this individual to make terroristic threats against our dogs and my husband.Sincerely,Marla L.
