Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The reply incorrect and falsifiedLet's start with the credit card company - I had disputed the amount and to my misfortune I didn't sign a piece of paper that my credit card company needed back by the end of December because I was travelling for almost the entire month of DecemberBecause of this they were required by law to close the case and apologized to me that they didn't call me like they were supposed to if they needed to get a hold of me - this was not closed due to their "evidence"The company (as I thought they would because this is how they operate) even forged a copy of a contract(?) that I had never signed in July with the old employee and sent that to my CC company - I'm attaching a picture of the contact that they gave me that day when I went in to complain about locking my lockerI brought a friend in that day as a witnessAfter the evidence that I have attached which I showed the credit card company they were ready to got back to them and re-issue my dispute amount Now let's get back to the original issue at handIn July - I pad for year (attached receipt) My total was $1,and I received months free - one for moving into a new unit and pre-paying for the year (this was finally agreed upon with them) If we take $/ 10, we get $a month (taxes included) If I take this and multiply it by that only equals $ Nowhere do they have a SIGNED document by me that says my rent was $(with tax) - heck if we go with the document that I attached it looks like my rent is only $I never received any correspondence or a phone call from this company during my entire years of leasing with themI never got anything telling me that I was late or my if rent was going up They actually changed some of this "rental" document and they sent that to the credit card company which I had never seen beforeHow shady....Let's all keep in mind the only reason why they double locked my locker was because I called to tell them I was moving out and I needed to pay for Aug, Sept, Oct & Novmonths (being honest) Since they knew this employee screwed everything up they sure hurried the heck up and locked my locker! What else was I to do? They had me in a corner - I was moving across state lines in less than hours and they were saying this was my fault and again not theirsGo after***/ [redacted] who was stealing from them - not me the customer.After the evidence I have attached I will accept a credit of $ Sincerely, [redacted]
