The movers were lost because they were given the wrong address or put the wrong address in there GPS. It took them an extra hour to get there. They told us it was included in the Travel Time posted on the bill and we wouldn't be charged. They started at 10:30 AM and finished at 5PM (6.5 hours). They put 7.5 hours on the Bill of Lading. I didn't notice it until after they left. When I called the company to let them know of the difference, I was told the extra hour was for the time it took them to get there. I was told by the driver I wasn't going to be charged for this when he arrived.
