started right up. She paid and it started right up and she took it. Now after a few days she had a no start problem again. We went directly to where the car was got it running again and took it to her house for her. A couple of days later she had a no start problem again so we went back to her house, got it running, drove it back to the shop. We took it all apart and put a new ignition switch and module in it. We traced everything again and we could get it to start and not start. On July 19th we found that the brand new electrical switch we'd installed went bad so we replaced it with a new switch. The vehicle starts and runs fine. We have resolved the customer's complaint.
We called the customer June 8th and left a voice message and offered to return and resolve the issue.
