A Computer Fix

Review: I was on my computer browsing the internet when a message popped up on my screen saying that my OSX crashed due to a third party app or website and to phone the number on the screen to have the issue fixed (the phone number would not go away even after trying to close the pop up). They repeatedly told me that they are directly affiliated with [redacted], so I foolishly paid them the $200 to fix the issue which they failed to do. I have called them a number of times over the course of three weeks regarding the on-going issues I am having and they keep saying that they can't fix the problems they created. Two days ago, I was on my sons iPad mini and the same message popped up, saying my OS X has crashed and that I had to have them fix the problem for an additional $60. When I told them that I would go back to Best buy where I bought it and have them fix the issue since they screwed up my desktop computer, the guy rudely hung up in me. I took the iPad to best buy yesterday and had someone from their geek squad look at it, they fixed the problem in three seconds by clearing the browser cashee and informed me that the company that had caused the problem with both my sons iPad as well as my desktop are scam artist and that I should contact the Revdex.com. I also phoned [redacted] today just to confirm what the geek squad technician had told me, and [redacted] confirmed it and made a note in my file. I then called the company to inform them that I wanted a full refund and had caught on to their scam and would be reporting them to Revdex.com, police and news stations; they then told me that they would give me a full refund on my credit card within 5 full business days and would send me a confirmation email within 24-48 hrs. The lady I was speaking with, Jemmi, gave me her name and phone number to reach her directly should I not receive the refund, I told her that the number she was giving me was not connecting as I was trying to phone it on another phone while on the phone with her, she then placed me on hold and hung uDesired Settlement: I want a full refund of $200 USI tried contacting [redacted] back once she hung up on me, only to be told there is no [redacted] on the floor right now, and that they have no information on me or my file based on the phone number, name and email address I provided them.
