A+ Concrete Curbing

On 5-1-2013, A+ Curbing installed 5 sections of concrete mower style curbing to my landscaping. The job was rushed and I immediately knew something was not correct with the curbing. After a few days of curing, it became apparent that the curbing was drying discolored and something was not correct with the materials used. I followed specific instructions to not allow water from the sprinklers to get on the curbing as it dried, I even turned them off for 3 full days. The weather was rather warm that week and no rain fell on the curbing in the 1st 3 days. It become apparent that large dark spots and discoloration began to show as the correctly drying cement turned the usual coloring.It appeared as it some of the concrete actually burned as pics show. I began my contact with owner [redacted] who at first assured me that this was normal and each week would lighten more and more. As a few weeks went by and I shared pics with him, he continued to insist the concrete was drying and allow at least 1 month. At the 1 month mark, I again contacted [redacted] who agree to come out to inspect based on the discoloration still present after the entire month of curing time. Appointments were scheduled and each and every time an excuse came about with why he did not show up. I emailed more pictures and explained my concern over his routinely ignoring my emails and call in addition to chronically missing promised appointments. [redacted] reviewed the pics and did agree that he realized there was a problem now with the curbing. [redacted] agreed to actually schedule my home as a job on June 11th, 2013. He would come out and either repair the damaged curb or replace the entire job if he needed to. [redacted] even responded the night prior he would be out for the job and was given explicit permission to enter the property if my wife or I were not home at the time. [redacted] never showed up and now has not returned any calls or emails. I have given A+ curbing every chance to rectify this issue and my receipt even guarantees the curbing for 1 year
