COMPLAINT AGAINST: CONFIDENTIAL SERVICES
Dear Revdex.com,
The reason for the complaint is several. They are as follows:
1. This company is very disorganized
2. The Owner was rude and verbally abusive
3. The product was full of defects as follows:
a. Faulty DVD tapes that were not well focused and shaky filming
b. I never received the final product that they claim I owe for after I researched this.
c. I had not even received a bill until January for the products still not yet received
d. I was lied to and told they would tape all footage and they did not!
e. The main issue is the very poor quality work and services
4. I was screamed at by the owner [redacted] as to why I had not paid and called a liar when I told her I had just gotten the bill. She expected me to go out in -28 degree weather to pay them right away when I was not even given a chance to review everything. I told her I am very busy and needed time to research things. I have always paid in the past in full and timely, even when I was upset about the product. I have never been a bad debt. I was threatened this past month by
[redacted] and [redacted] that if I didn't pay they would take me to court ad spread my business all over town. I run a health care service and my business is
strictly protected by law. In addition, [redacted] was very incompetent and did not even know that the aide he ran a license plate on was a barred home health care
provider! I told him I found out she was on Westlaw and then [redacted] proper added the info of the barred provider to his report and acted like he was the one who
discovered it. He was real interested in helping the Attorney General, where I filed a complaint, with this case. The past couple weeks was the first I spoke to
[redacted] and I asked he reduce the bill due to the poor services. He said no way and I had to pay up or go to court. I feel this is no way to negotiate with a customer.
RESOLUTION: Have their lawyer back off and reduce the entire bill since they started
providing services.
