On 1/8/14 I submitted a complaint through the consumer financial protection bureau about a debt on my credit report that I had no knowledge of. Case number: [redacted]. This company responded saying their client was unable to supply them with any details of the debt. However well over 2 months later it is still being reported to the credit bureau as a bad debt. I want this taken care of IMMEDIATELY, there is no excuse for not taking care of this when your response to the complaint was that you would.
