A Cut Above Landscaping

Review: Hired company to slip-seed, aereate and overseed lawn. Noticed there were no plugs anywhere in yard where it had been aereated. Owner said that slip seeding chopped up the plugs. It would have left some whole plugs and evidence of others. There were none. Approximately 2 months later and no grass coming up at all where he supposedly seeded. Work took place when no one was home and without notifying us on what day they were going to do work. No evidence of work being done.Desired Settlement: Needs to perform work we paid him to do.
