Not only was it a Sunday, not only was it Father's Day, but it was also degrees! I couldn't have possibly asked for a better move These guys were professional, quick, courteous, and above all, kindI would like to personally thank Tyler, Tom, Trevor, Rico and Skyler for their hard work in super hot conditionsWe had three ft moving trucks completely filled - and they had to go back and reload one of them Who knows where we got all of this stuff!
We have a lot of very heavy furniture including an armoire that nobody should ever have to move again The guys paid very special attention to each item to make sure nothing was scratched, dented or broken SuccessThen, the most amazing thing happened After the move and all of the paperwork was signed - I gave the guys a tip Tom, the lead, came back into the house and responded with a $'tip' for my year old son My son was having so much fun helping the guys move the 'little' stuff - and that was above and beyond cool for himThanks to Alhood for the perfect move!

I hired this moving company after a friend's recommendation, and seeing they were A+ on hereHowever my experience with them was horribleThey were extremely rude and unprofessionalSeveral of my items were damaged in the move and they were extremely negligent and carelessI received patronizing responses to my complaints and the way the insurance was interpreted offered me very little reparation for damage causedPeter repeatedly did not return phone callsTwo of the items were over years old and he acted cavalier about the damageOne of them belonged to the owners of my apartment rentalHe also attempted to steal one of the broken items on his way out, after he had concealed the damageHe of course denies this

A great company! The best movers that I have ever usedThey always make sure that the customer is happy

These guys made a hole in the entryway of my new home by banging my couch into the wall as they were moving it in and not paying attentionThey also ruined my mattress cover
When I called them (for the second time, no less) nearly months after my move to tell them the costs for the damages, the owner HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME
Despite promising to pay for the damage to the hole in my wall and dry clean the mattress cover, he has done neither
