As a renter I do not feel protected or supported My experience is that they delay repairs for significant amounts of time even if it is a safety issue They also took advantage when they knew I did not have time to move and wanted to keep my ailing mother in the home, so they wrote a contract that was unfair, uncommon, had copays for all repairs, and does not hold the owner accountable at all for a unsafe home

I rented from this company ( A Cut Above Property) for almost a year and loved it. The management, Misty Berger and her team are responsive, friendly and always on top of every concern I had. Overall, it's just a great company to rent from!
I would recommend renting from them to anyone!!!

I have had more negative interactions with this company than I can even recollect, and any time you call to get something addressed it is someone new so they claim they have no idea how to help you. The heat in our house kept going out last winter and finally when they did get it fixed it was down for 4 days and all they did to rectify it was drop off one space heater for a 3200 square foot home! They were supposed to hire someone to blow out our sprinklers and never did and then a pipe burst in the house! They told us we couldn't pay online and when we went through having our bank automatically mail out checks they auto withdrew our rent online anyway!We were notified last month that the owners were selling and we had to vacate. So, we find a new home to move into and after we were given less than 24 hours notice, more than 30 days out from our move out date, that they were showing the property on a Saturday, they come by and stick a "for rent" sign in the yard!

Terrible rental company. Maintenance requests were not completely in a timely manner. A large portion of deposit was kept due to things needing fixed or adjusted but several were listed on check in as issues to begin with so we shouldn't be responsible for paying to have them fixed at check out. I have submitted a written request & called the office with no one returning my calls.

My husband and I have used A Cut Above Property Management for over 5 years now and they have done an excellent job. We had a different company for a while and thought everything was going well as we didn't hear anything from them. No news is good news. That company left town with everything. That is when we found A Cut Above Property Management, they took over everything. Took the old company to court as well as the tenants that stopped paying rent. They dealt with all the headache that can happen in horrible situations like this. A Cut Above has handled many challenging issues for us, they are fantastic. They are very responsive, proactive, and thorough in everything they do, including recruiting tenants, managing utilities, handling evictions, and so much more. The staff is very pleasant to work with and conscientious in managing my property. I feel very comfortable knowing that they have my interests at the top of their priorities. I honestly can't imagine having our rental properties (and keeping my sanity) without their invaluable assistance. I am very happy to work with their team and would highly recommend A Cut Above Property Management to anyone seeking property management support or expertise.
