A Cut Above Property Management

I have had more negative interactions with this company than I can even recollect, and any time you call to get something addressed it is someone new so they claim they have no idea how to help youThe heat in our house kept going out last winter and finally when they did get it fixed it was down for days and all they did to rectify it was drop off one space heater for a square foot home! They were supposed to hire someone to blow out our sprinklers and never did and then a pipe burst in the house! They told us we couldn't pay online and when we went through having our bank automatically mail out checks they auto withdrew our rent online anyway!We were notified last month that the owners were selling and we had to vacateSo, we find a new home to move into and after we were given less than hours notice, more than days out from our move out date, that they were showing the property on a Saturday, they come by and stick a "for rent" sign in the yard!

Terrible rental companyMaintenance requests were not completely in a timely mannerA large portion of deposit was kept due to things needing fixed or adjusted but several were listed on check in as issues to begin with so we shouldn't be responsible for paying to have them fixed at check outI have submitted a written request & called the office with no one returning my calls
