Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and I find that while this resolution is not satisfactory to me the matter has been resolved, because I filed a claim for non receipt of purchase through my credit card company and was issued a full refund from the credit card companyI was not offered a resolution from shopjeen.com until after I already filed a claim here with the Revdex.com as well as with my credit card companyI stand by the statement that it is nothing but thievery and deceit to take someone's hard earned money and never send them the items they purchased after months and months and then come up with a convenient excuse after complainingIt took filling claims to get their attention, because all my e-mails sent to them went ignored and not responded to Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Hi,We are very sorry that this customer experienced issues with us during our moveWe understand that this is at no fault of the customers, it is our own, and we have been handling all issues with the greatest care.With that being said, this customer contacted us October ***, to cancel their order
It was canceled and the refund processed out of our account on October ***On our customer care page we state that a refund will be processed from our account within business daysWe also warn the customer that banking institutions may require additional days to process and post the transactionIf the customer has not received their refund yet, this is most likely the reason why.If there is anything else I can do to help or any more information I can provide, please contact me at the above email address.  The company said they were going through "internal changes" and offered either a store credit or a refund, but told me...

they couldn't tell me when they would be able to issue me a refund. I elected to receive store credit but I have not been given any response or gift card. I have seen nothing to indicate they will actually follow through.

Hi,We are very sorry that this customer has had such a bad experience with us during our move. We understand all the issues that have risen from the move are completely at our fault and we have been working as fast as possible to resolve them.For this order, I have spoken to the customer multiple times through email and [redacted] messages, keeping the customer aware of our shipping delays. Our last conversation was yesterday through [redacted]. We have started shipping and are slowly but surely getting to all our old orders.This customer has been offered refunds or store credit for the cancellation of their order and since our conversation yesterday, has chosen to wait for their order. If they still want it canceled and refunded, please just contact us back so we can do this immediately.If there are any other questions or any things I can help with, please let me know.Thank you!

I keep emailing shop jeen and always get back the same exact response saying that their "moving" and a bunch of bull . The...

emails I have been receiving are from someone named 'Kassandra' not from the actual store . I'm thinking this store is a huge Internet scam.

We understand the issues that have arisen due to our move and we are trying to resolve all of them as soon as possible.With that being said, I have looked up this order and the customer has already been contacted for a refund...

or store credit. The items they ordered are no longer available to be fulfilled. We are very sorry that we ran into this discrepancy with our inventory and we will work so that his never happens again.
