I am rejecting this response because: 1) Bought van on Saturday 5-30-15 in Carlisle PA and drove on Turnpike to return to my home in Havertown, PA. Check engine light came on at the Downingtown exit and the van began to lunge in 2nd and 3rd gears. So I did not even make it home before the light came on.  I took it to my mechanic Monday 6-1-15 in the morning and the code read transmission issue, so I took to transmission shop later Monday. Notified Tuesday 6-2-15 what was wrong. Had them repair this for $1100.72. and picked it up 6-3-15. All of these times can be verified. Per all the mechanics this was not something new that happened on my way home from buying the vehicle. The parts were worn in the transmission for sometime.. This car should never have been allowed to pass emissions. 2) I called and left message which was never returned.3) It is true that if codes are cleared the car will not pass emission test so we have contacted a mechanic who can run the registration to determine the last time this car passed emissions.  I will let you know what the results of the emission back round check produces.

Dear [redacted]:• [redacted] brought his mechanic with him and they check the van very good.• We told him the van is as is and he sign 2 paper for as is ,• We sold the van for $500 less the asking price + charge the A/C + new brake and rotor +detail the van + new inspection and emission (all...

include the price )• [redacted] never called the office, the first e-mail we received was 6/8/15 and I was out of town, when I got back found the 2nd e-mail 6/10/15 with a lot of bad word .• We received about 4 more e-mails with a lot of bad word and threat (we can print and mail) and no ph calls at all.• Anything could happened in 8 or 9 days for a used car.it depend how he drive it or he could use it to tow something heavy (the van does have a 3 class hitch.• If someone clear the code for the check engine the van WILL NOT PASS THE EMISSION TEST, (the van will be not ready for the test) so his story is not true.• We don't have a garage, we deal with 2 mechanic for our cars.• We never have any problem with any customer at all for 6 years that's how long we have the business and it will be ok if [redacted] called us and take to someone nicely and used a different languish .• We are sorry for the late response and thanks for your time
