I am rejecting this response because:The company did replace my original driveway from the damage they caused
which took care of the major damage they caused to my property. I have not communicated with the company since 03-31-16. I have sent the job superintendent a number of text messages about the remaining three issues and left voice mails with no return contact since that date. There are three issues still outstanding:my original driveway was sealed. I understand the new driveway needs to cure out for up to four months. I would like this scheduled by the damaging company or submit to me a payment of $1,for me to take of of this taskthe damaging company put a number of ruts in my front yard. I have since filled these in these ruts with top soil that cost $32.00. (I have a receipt) I had six hours of my time doing this tasklastly, when they burrowed under my driveway they cut one of my yard sprinkler lines which I did not know about until it was activated recently. The sprinkler repair service had to re-run a new line to that section of my yard and install a new head. The cost of the repair was $300.00. (I have a recept) I would accept settlement on these damages for a $1,payment.*** ***
