In review of this complaint, despite the misstatements and accusations by the individual listed below, we will agree to approve the refund of the purchase price, $169.90. * The student had immediate access to the online course upon submitting their purchase at 9:35am
on 8/11/They were not awaiting access by an email or otherwise. * Our refund policy calls out explicitly that "Refunds for online products must be requested within hours of purchase." This is due to the number of states that do not require certification from the provider of course completion, and some students abuse our course access (as well as other providers) to download as much material as possible to study for free. We do have differing terms on the live class from the online course for this reason. * The refund request was not received until 4:43pm on 8/15; nearly days after purchase
